​Deposit options-
All horses require a $1,500 deposit to hold them and take them off the market. This deposit is non-refundable but can be switched to a different horse. A deposit will hold a horse for 30 days only. If the horse is not paid in full and shipping or boarding set up within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited as compensation to us for taking the horse off the market. We accept PayPal, Venmo, wire transfers or checks for deposits. Once a deposit is paid we offer 7 days free board. After 7 days, board is $20 a day.

​Payment options-
All horses must be paid in full prior to leaving our facility if getting hauled by a shipping company. If we are personally hauling/meeting you, the balance of payment can be paid upon arrival with cash or cashier check. Payment for horses being paid in full can be done by wire/bank transfers, or mailed checks. All payments must be cleared prior to the horse leaving our property.

​Shipping-
We have monthly trips to Montana for very reasonable rates and travel through several states to get there and back. We also have personal trips coming up all the time so feel free to reach out and see if we will be coming your way and can deliver your new horse to you for a reasonable price. We can also assist you with arranging shipping with one of the multiple shippers that we use regularly.

​All horses sell with a current negative Coggins test and a veterinary health certificate. Please note that while we provide you with all the information we have on the horses we offer for sale, we rely on the seller of the horses to obtain this information. We also ride each of the horses and advertise them accordingly, and give you information regarding their soundness and attitude, but we do NOT have veterinary examinations done of them prior to offering them for sale. For this reason, we encourage you to come see and ride the horse(s) before you purchase. We also encourage you to have a pre-purchase veterinary examination performed at your own expense to satisfy yourself of the horse(s)’ condition.
All horses are sold “as is” with no warranties aside from our one-time trade out guarantee, and you will be required to sign a bill of sale contract recognizing this.
