We want everyone to be happy with the horse you purchase from us, so we offer a TRADE BACK GUARANTEE for the horses we sell here at TR Livestock Co. We do NOT offer any money back, but if you find that for any reason you don’t get along with the horse you purchased from us, you can choose to trade that horse for another horse  we have for sale under the following terms:

 

• You return the horse you purchased to us here at TR Livestock Co. at your own expense.

• The horse is returned in the same condition as it was when it left TR Livestock Co.  If the horse is not returned in good condition, TR Livestock reserves the right to refuse to grant a trade out.

• We credit to the trade the full amount of the purchase price you paid for the original horse and you pay any difference in price if you choose to trade for a more expensive horse.

• Only ONE trade out will be made for any horse purchased. We always encourage you to come see, ride and have a vet check done on any horse you purchase, but we especially encourage this if you bought the first time without doing so and are wanting a trade. Trying the horse yourself is the best way to ensure a good match.
